In this video blog, I discuss the end of my 2014 WSOP APAC trip and I also mention things I am doing to improve my life in the future. Melbourne has taught me a lot about myself and inspired me to be the best I can be.

Good stuff Jonathan. Are there any podcasts that you would recommend. (Poker, motivation, self-improvement) thanks and keep putting yourself out there.
Thanks. I am glad you like the content. I am actually posting a blog about the podcasts I listen to in the on 10/27, but podcasts I particularly like in the areas you asked about are:
Mental Game of Poker
Tim Ferriss Show
School of Greatness
Tai Lopez Show
If you feel like it, check out my podcast, Weekly Poker Hand
Lofty commitments, to say the least. I admire your passion for poker and self-improvement, I think they will work well together.
Try not to burn yourself out, your pace seems almost cut-throat to me. Always remember to listen to your body and you will be fine.
P.S. How’s the diet working out for you, any notable results in e.g. energy levels.? Are you still going sans glutein?
I have to work hard to not work too hard! I was off gluten for a while with no problems although I have a bit now. I also have a bit of alcohol now but certainly not a lot. I have been very happy ever since I made a point to get in better shape.
