I put villian on AK, correctly. Do you call off?
How did you know that you correctly put him on a very specific hand before making the call? If he turns his hand face-up (the only way you will know you are correct) you should certainly still call off, given you put a large chunk of your stack in the pot and you are getting excellent pot odds.
