Re the hand, absolutely the way I would of played it. Nothing wrong with the 2 million bet. But do you still jam if the club rivers if he calls the turn or do you slow down, what happens if he does jam on the club do you still have to call?

I most likely bet club rivers and call if he leads. It is too likely he has a worse Ace.
