🔍 Preflop:
Slicer looks down at K6 of hearts from under the gun+1 and raises to $75 before JWIN decides to 3-bet to $250 with pocket nines from the hijack. John cold calls with QJo in the big blind and Slicer throws his cards into the muck. JWIN and John head to the flop.
💸 Flop – 9s 9d 8c:
John flops a gutshot straight draw, that he doesn’t want to hit, on the paired flop as JWIN has flopped the nuts with quad nines! John checks and JWIN puts out a standard continuation bet of $125. John calls with his draw and two overcards.
💣 Turn – Qh:
The most obvious straight with jack-ten comes in on the Qh turn. John leads out for $300 having now paired his queen, whilst still having a gutshot straight draw. JWIN chooses to raise to $1,000 with four nines and the action is back on John, who is drawing dead.
